Analytics dashboards show you what happened, but they rarely tell you what to do about it. In short, AI analytics tools make you a faster analyst. They don't yet make you a faster designer.

The gap is particularly frustrating for non-technical PMs. You can ask the AI "why did signups drop?" and it'll tell you "mobile users from organic search had 30% lower conversion." Great. Now what? You still need to understand mobile UX, research search intent, compare your mobile experience to competitors, and design improvements.
