Chatbot insights should flow into product development processes.

Feed insights into roadmap planning. Chatbot data reveals what users want and what frustrates them. This should inform what you build next.

Share insights with design. User language and mental models revealed in chatbot conversations should inform UX decisions. How users describe problems should shape how solutions are presented.

Connect insights to analytics. If chatbot conversations reveal confusion about a feature, check whether analytics show low adoption. The qualitative and quantitative should align and reinforce.
